Manual: Settings-Availability

Each Availability Setting contains the corresponding text for Referee: Availability associated with a specific Availability data field in the Users table (an "availability question").

The Availability Setting can be directly edited to make minor changes in the text, but any substantive change should be made using Administrator: Database-Availability. This is because the full function of the Availability mechanism requires that related Users database fields are either deleted or added, when an Availability question is added or deleted.

The number of Availability Settings should directly correspond with the number of Availability fields in the users table (see Administrator: Database-Tables for more information about the precise contents of the Users table).

Availability[n]

Contains the text associated with Availability question [n]

RefereeAvailability

Contains a comma separated set of numbers, establishing which Availability questions will be asked and in which order.
