Ridgestar Internet ServicesRidgeStar designs, implements, and operates the technical aspects of each Interactive SiteInteractive Site

What Is RidgeStar?

RidgeStar is a division of North Ridge Software Inc. (NRS), located physically in Bellingham, Washington. RidgeStar directs all NRS business concerns related to Internet Services.

North Ridge Software, Inc. is the formal, legal entity that issues Invoices, signs agreements, etc. "RidgeStar" is simply a name that identifies the portion of NRS involved with supporting Site services. There is a substantial overlap in personnel (graphics support, technical writing, programming support, etc.), but it's still appropriate to identify the various corporate elements involved.

Why is RidgeStar involved?

RidgeStar provides the hardware, software, design, and programming necessary to operate an Interactive Site. Our Service Fees cover the design and implementation of the Site, but clients also pay for RidgeStar personnel's knowledge and experience to keep their Sites and the related hardware and software operational. (Contrary to popular belief, the Internet does not run on its own!)

Simply put, RidgeStar and its personnel ensures that each Interactive Site remains operational and meeting the Client's requirements.
