PrototypesDuring this stage, RidgeStar will provide Prototypes for your review. After choosing a prototype, you can edit for style, content, and clarity.

Site Prototype

Try using the following design principles to help determine the best prototype:

  • Consider the audience. It's top priority that your Site will appeal to your target audience. Ask your audience participants the following questions for each prototype:
  • What do you think the purpose of this Site is?
  • What would you look for at this Site?
  • What impression would you form of the company based on the visual style?
  • Purpose and Goals. Is the look consistent with the Purpose and Goals that you determined?

Final Conversion

At this stage RidgeStar will place your content and graphics into the Site Prototype format that you chose. We'll complete all of the programming tasks as well. As always, you can watch our progress from your computer, on the Web.

This is an excellent time for you to revise and edit your content: Check spelling and grammar; Read the content word for word; Make sure it makes sense to you; Have other people read it word for word and make sure it makes sense to them as well. If you notice a problem or wish to make a change, let us know.

Site Review

Once the Conversion is complete, carefully inspect every page in your site: make sure that you are 100% satisfied. This is your last chance to make changes before your site goes into Production Status.
