Administrators (especially WA State Chapters) can now set their RidgeStar Account "business address" at RidgeStar-Account (this is independent of the Address specified at Setting=Chapter). In WA State this is important as it controls the applicable Sales and Use Tax computation done at Invoice time.

After review of existing RSU factors (the base for setting Service Fees) and with the objective of getting our Service Fees in line with overall strategic objectives, today RidgeStar announces a revision in Bandwidth (40% reduction) and Records (60% reduction) RSU Factors. This will have the cumulative effect of reducing RidgeStar Service fees for ALL Clients.

RidgeStar NEVER initiates or sends these sort of Email notices. If you are using email.ridgestar.com as your mail server, please treat all these sorts of solicitations, etc. as Junk Email (SPAM).
