	After review of existing RSU factors (the base for setting Service Fees) and with the objective of getting our Service Fees in line with overall strategic objectives, today RidgeStar announces a revision in Bandwidth (40% reduction) and Records (60% reduction) RSU Factors. This will have the cumulative effect of reducing RidgeStar Service fees for ALL Clients. For Client sites with relatively heavy volumes this will also extend the range of RSU values for each Service Tier. We intend this to support Chapter growth without difficult Service Tier increases.
