Creating a relationship between you (the "Client") and RidgeStar is simple - print and complete a single page Acrobat Reader file . You can also utilize the following approach:
- Review the contents of our Service Agreement to make sure it properly describes the relationship you seek with an Internet Service company.
- Complete the form you'll find at Create PDF File and click the Generate button to produce a customized Acrobat Reader file you can either print, sign, and Mail or attach to an Email to RidgeStar to initiate service.
NOTE: If you elect to save the Acrobat Reader file and forward it as an Attachment, you need to understand that doing so will be treated by RidgeStar in exactly the same manner as if you had affixed your signature to an original source document and provided it to RidgeStar. All legal implications and responsibilities associated with the Service Agreement will apply.
